Project details
The Dilworth Legacy was the biggest single book we have produced. It was a two volume, 900 pages, 1350 photographs, four colour, large format, hardback centennial history. We managed the whole project right through to delivery and production of marketing materials. We watched as container after container was unloaded and delivered to the school. That was a real thrill.
Things we did: project management including going through Dilworth's archives with the author, conceptualising, planning and designing the project, editing, scanning, colour correction, photo restoration, page design, typesetting and layout, proof reading, management of subcontractors, and print broking. We also liaised with the board of trustees and the school principal about budgets and expectations.
